1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to the Box Factory website and your purchase of our products. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or order from us.
2. Made-to-Order Products
Box Factory manufactures corrugated boxes to order in the dimensions and quantities you specify. Because each order is produced specifically for you, it is your responsibility to confirm that the dimensions, materials, and quantities you enter are correct before checkout. Corrugated is a natural, manufactured material, so minor cosmetic and structural variations — such as small differences in board color, glue lines, or the amount of tape needed to close a box — are normal and do not constitute a defect.
3. Orders, Quotes & Pricing
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. A quote or price displayed on the site is an invitation to order, not a binding contract, until we accept and confirm your order.
We review every order before production for machine compatibility, material availability, and scheduling. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order — including orders affected by pricing or description errors — and to correct any such errors even after an order has been submitted. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will issue a refund.
4. Payment
Payment is due in full at checkout unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Payments are handled by third-party processors; by submitting payment details you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
5. Production & Shipping
Production times depend on order volume, material changes, and machine scheduling. We aim to produce most orders within a few business days, and any timeframe we quote is an estimate rather than a guarantee.
Orders ship from Los Angeles, California using standard carriers. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timing and handling are outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession of your order.
6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Because our boxes are custom made for each order, they generally cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within a reasonable time of delivery and we will work with you to repair, replace, or refund the affected items. A cancellation may be possible if you reach us before your order enters production.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, or use it in any way that could damage or overburden our systems. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that takes place under your account.
8. Intellectual Property
The Box Factory name, logo, site content, and design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our permission. If you supply artwork or designs for printed boxes, you confirm that you hold the rights to use them and grant us permission to reproduce them for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The site and our products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Box Factory will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to that claim.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to them or to your use of the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Continuing to use the site after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
