Because every order is custom produced, we first verify machine compatibility, cardboard material availability, and production scheduling before processing begins. Once approved, your order enters our manufacturing queue and is produced as quickly as possible.

Our goal is to provide custom packaging without the complicated quoting process traditionally required for custom boxes.

Our boxes are designed to work exceptionally well for the vast majority of shipping and packaging applications. Since these are manufactured on-demand and customized to your dimensions, there can occasionally be small cosmetic or structural differences compared to mass-produced stock packaging from large paper mills.

For example, some boxes may require slightly more tape closure or may have small glue-line variations depending on the box size and manufacturing setup. These are normal characteristics of custom corrugated manufacturing and do not affect the overall usability or strength of the packaging.

Most orders are produced very quickly — often within 1–2 business days.

Because we manufacture many different custom box sizes daily, turnaround times can vary depending on production demand, cardboard sheet changes, machine scheduling, and maintenance requirements. We generally recommend allowing approximately 2 business days for production before shipment.

During periods of high demand or scheduled equipment maintenance, production may occasionally require additional time, but we always work to process orders as efficiently as possible.

Like most traditional cardboard packaging, exposure to excessive moisture or rain can weaken the material over time. If you are shipping products into wet or humid environments, we recommend using additional internal protective packaging such as poly bags, liners, bubble wrap, or waterproof sleeves to help protect your products during transit.
